In cases where sub-metering is not an option a cost allocation method called, “Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS)”, can be used to bill tenants for usage. While this method is not the most desirable, bills can be calculated based on a number of items like square footage, and number of tenants. Our software can easily model a RUBS Program based on predetermined criteria and render monthly billing.
